Partially Fulfilling Orders in eHub Ship

If only part of an order is ready to be shipped, eHub Ship can handle that through partial fulfillment.

1. 1. To partially fulfill an order, on the order screen click into the QTY box next to an item and change the quantity of the items that are unavailable to zero or the amount on hand available to be shipped. If there is only one SKU on the order which is partially available, you can change the quantity to a decimal, for example 0.5.
2. 2. Fulfill the order like you normally would. The remaining items will stay in eHub Ship unfulfilled. The order number will be given a new designation, typically “F-2” for the partially fulfilled order and “F-1” for the originally created order.
