Voiding Labels in eHub Ship

Voiding labels in eHub Ship is a simple process, but it’s important to remember that the platform can only void labels created through its system. If you need to void a label, follow these steps:

  1. 1. Select the order or orders that need to be voided and click on the checkbox next to each order.
  2. 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Void Label” button that looks like a trash icon.

After completing these steps, eHub Ship will prompt you to choose the new order status and to confirm if you want to void the label. If you decide to void the label, it will initiate a void process with the carrier. The order will still be visible in eHub Ship, and you can create a new label to replace the voided one if necessary.

Please keep in mind that for USPS labels, you have a thirty-day window from the label creation date to submit void requests. It’s also important to note that the void process for USPS labels can take up to thirty days, as the USPS waits to see if the label is used before crediting your account.

If supported by your store, eHub Ship will also inform your store to update the order status accordingly.

Thank you for using eHub Ship!
