Customizing Labels with Label Messages

Do you want to personalize the labels on your packages? Label messages allow you to add custom text or dynamic fields like the SKU, order number, or order date. This article will guide you through configuring label messages to create informative and professional labels.

Configuring Label Messages

To configure label messages, navigate to Settings > Documents and select Label.

Adding Custom Text or Dynamic Fields

• You can incorporate custom messages or dynamic fields such as SKU, order number, or order date.
• Custom Text: Simply enter the desired message text directly into the label message field.
• Dynamic Text:
  1. Click on the label message field to reveal a drop-down menu.
  2. Select the desired text type from the drop-down menu.

Character Limit

Please remember that label messages are limited to a maximum of 35 characters.
